This is the second most gay-convenient of Berlin's several Accor-owned Mercure hotels, trumped only by the outlet at nearby Fuggerstraße 8. 183 rooms, all in Mercure's signature basic modern style, if a bit on the small side. Flat screen TV and free wi-fi. Located just a minute south of Wittenbergplatz U-Bahn station and immediately round the corner from department store mecca KaDeWe [see entry], not to mention just a few inebriated minutes north of the gay riches on offer in the Függerstraße (Prinzknecht, Connection, Woof etc). No gym or sauna. Opened November 2016. Formerly two adjacent buildings (an office block and a residence).
